Ortwin: Thanks for the ideas!

I have reordered some of these - for example, the USB SD card idea into the 'ideas requireing some modifications' section.

Also deleted the bit explaining why AA batteries are a good idea, I'd hope everyone knows this - if not, it's not really a place to convince them of it.

I deleted the 'or maybe cover the USB jack' - as IMO, that'd better be put in a 'replacement shells' page, which is a whole other interesting page.

Also rewritten some of it to make it shorter and more consistent with.
