Getting proper time on the GUI
copy your localtime from your correctly set up ubuntu to the Neo, from the desktop:
scp /etc/localtime root@phone:/etc/localtime
on the neo do:
rdate pool.ntp.org /* test this first, ptbtime1.ptb.de did work for me hwclock --systohc --utc
From scratch on host, first:
scp /etc/localtime root@phone:/etc/localtime scp /etc/resolv.conf root@phone:/etc/resolv.conf scp /etc/ntp.conf root@phone:/etc/ntp.conf
From scratch on neo, second:
cd /etc/ipkg wget http://buildhost.automated.it/OM2007.2/packages/scaredycat.conf ipkg update && ipkg upgrade ipkg install gpe-filemanager ipkg ntp reboot
