清華大學本學期成立 OpenLab 進行 Openmoko 平臺相關研究，可參考清華大學OpenLab相關報導。開幕座談會將邀請台灣地區學校老師給予 OpenLab 指導，除了有精采的演講外，也會以 panel discussion 形式聽取教育先進對於「開放手機課程」的看法與意見，以做為 Openmoko 與清華大學 OpenLab 的參考。
