Q1:Do we need a tree to display package list at Navigation Area?

At the spec, the packages are grouping by sections. It can't implement by using navigation list.

Sean Moss-Pultz A: We were planning on using the Filter Menu to parse the different sections. Check out this:

Application_Manager#Filter_Menu

I'm just using the word "category" instead of "section" because I think it makes more sense for end users.
