- #tangogps irc channel started at Freenode network (more information)
- Our Glamo hero - Thomas White - keeps up great work on improving kernel drivers! You can find detailed posts about getting rid of busywaits: "Look Ma, No Busywaits!", and about "Internal Memory Bottlenecks and Their Removal".
- The Rasterman (Carsten Haitzler) "officially" leaked, that they (Enlightment) are working with, and are sponsored by a major electronics manufacturer. What they are working on, remeains a secret for now. It might be a phone, TV, game system, DVD player or anything else! Who knows? Name of this electronics manufacturer was not known, however recently they identified their new sponsor as Samsung.
- SHR developers are working hard! They started to build Unstable version of SHR images again! However do not get too excited, as Sebastian Spaeth said. You can read full announcement here
