Timeliness and accuracy

The "fresh" information is on the mailing list and in the trac. I think that left-column boxes that displays or lead to "what's related" in the trac and mailing lists would be lovely. Or a template for a search box that editors can pre-fill with keywords, that harvest across trac, lists, wiki and blogs. --MinhHaDuong 06:27, 30 July 2008 (UTC)

Such a template exists: Alessandro made a custom google search engine for Openmoko: http://www.google.com/coop/cse?cx=018430699993342716089:szsaurhronw This is better than site: search with google as it includes most sites from Openmoko. How do we build on to that ? There is a custom widget: http://www.gmodules.com/ig/creator?hl=fr&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2Fcoop%2Fapi%2F018430699993342716089%2Fcse%2Fszsaurhronw%2Fgadget --MinhHaDuong 07:55, 7 October 2008 (UTC)

TODO-list vs. wishlist

There seems to be a need for a separation between simple wishes for wiki changes and actual agreed upon changes. The agreed upon changes can work as a TODO-list that just needs implementation.

E.g. adding articles on the index page to their respective categories as discussed on its talking page, seems like some manual work and might take some time to do. A TODO-list could make it easier to see the progress and make it easier for outsiders to help out a little.

I think Wiki Maintenance Agenda is the place to put these issues. --Marko Knöbl 19:57, 25 August 2008 (UTC)
Great. Now we just need to move all the ideas over there and/or to the rejected section. --KB Jørgensen 05:52, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
