The GSM on/off/on bug seems to be kinda fixed, according to a post on the tracker it was removed as an option and the ticket has been closed. Therefor this is no longer an issue and am going to remove it from the wiki page.

[edit] Nameservers
Instead of adding 192.168.0.200 as the nameserver, which might or might not work, we just add the opendns servers? That will make sure it works for most people. This is what should be added to /etc/network/interfaces instead:
# Nameservers up echo nameserver 208.67.222.222 > /etc/resolv.conf up echo nameserver 208.67.220.220 > /etc/resolv.conf
