+ | I purchased a Neo FreeRunner GSM 850 for $399 USD plus $21.41 USD. Which is $438.44 CAD. When it arrived there was an additional UPS C.O.D. charge of $106.44 CAD. $48.32 for tax, $55.35 for brokerage fee, and $2.77 tax on the brokerage fee. The tax was expected but the extra $60 charge was an unwelcome shock. Is such high brokerage fees normal, or is it just UPS? -JoshTW |

I didn't know that a social security number of recipient would be needed, or is it required only when a trouble happens during the customs clearance process? Yes, we always provide a tracking number to the receiver whenever there is a package shipped out. Thanks. -Liane

According to xe.com the exchange rate for RMB to USD is about 1 CNY = 0.131900 USD
